We are a multicultural collective of worker-owners, practitioners, organizers and facilitators with decades of combined experience in the cooperative and solidarity economy movements who are committed to operating in practices grounded in anti-oppression and consensus decision-making. 

Cooperatives are more than just businesses. They create opportunities for shared prosperity, give people a voice in decision-making, and strengthen local economies. By owning and operating businesses together, people can build stability, equity, and resilience.

A future where more communities thrive through cooperation, where wealth and power are shared fairly, and where solidarity is the foundation of economic life.

We believe that building a just and sustainable economy that prioritizes people and planet over profit means that we stand in solidarity with movements for collective liberation. Centering in abundance, we believe in the broad re/distribution of resources and experiences and commit to creating sustainable spaces and processes through work grounded in anti-capitalist and anti-oppressive values.

Cooperation

We are committed to practicing and teaching cooperative economics. We work to deepen the infrastructure for redefining a solidarity economy based on equity and justice, strengthening our muscles to be in cooperation with each other.

We treat our work and each other with integrity. This means that we build trust and respect in our team and in the work we bring to the world. We practice with honesty and transparency, and hold ourselves accountable to the values on this page.

Collective Liberation / Freedom

We practice with love and care for each other and for our communities, mindful of the intersectionality of our collective struggles. We believe that joy and pleasure as tools of liberation should be at the center of our work and our care for each other.
